The location was great, with plenty of skiing options nearby. the food was also decent, and there were some nice soups. the rooms were clean and had comfortable beds.
The hotel wasn't what we expected for our New Year's stay. the staff was unhelpful and unprofessional.

I had a fantastic time staying at this hotel with my group of friends. the rooms were unique and comfortable, with clean sheets and comfortable beds. the hotel provided us with plenty of information about nearby ski areas, and we were able to enjoy excellent skiing conditions in different slopes. the food served was delicious, and the owner was always attentive to our needs. the location of the hotel was also great, offering easy access to several ski areas in the beautiful surroundings.
The breakfast options were somewhat limited.

We stayed at a hotel in Mallnitz and had an amazing experience. The best aspects were the clean rooms, excellent facilities, convenient parking, and easy transportation to various ski areas in the area. The location was also stunning, providing a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with stunning surroundings and beautiful views. It was a great spot for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. the food served at the hotel was delicious and satisfying. There was a good variety of dishes and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. One particular highlight was the breakfast, which had a good selection and helped start the day off right.
the room I stayed in was not in the best condition. The heating seemed to be insufficient, as it got quite cold during the night, especially when it was windy outside.
